Our system focuses only on cards that align with marketplace demand and ecosystem stability to ensure fair, secure, and efficient offers.

Payouts are released after successful verification and settlement approval. Most Marketplace Sales are completed within 1–5 business days after delivery, depending on shipping timelines, verification volume, account standing, and payout method availability.

CardsIQ currently supports payouts through Stripe-connected bank accounts, eligible debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Available payout methods may vary based on compliance requirements, platform operations, regional support, and temporary processor availability.

Certain payout methods may include provider processing fees. Instant payout options may carry higher fees than standard bank transfers. All applicable payout fees are transparently disclosed during the withdrawal process.

If a card arrives damaged, altered, counterfeit, cracked, or materially different from submitted details, the order may be adjusted, rejected, or returned in accordance with CardsIQ policies. Return shipping labels must be purchased directly through the seller’s CardsIQ account before the card can be returned. CardsIQ is not liable for rejected or ineligible cards if the seller fails to purchase return shipping within the required 60-day return window. Failure to secure return shipping within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of return eligibility.

Yes. All Marketplace Sales require the official CardsIQ prepaid shipping label to maintain tracking, insurance alignment, verification routing, and transaction protection eligibility.

Offers are locked immediately upon acceptance. Once accepted, your payout amount is secured, pending successful shipment, verification, and compliance with all marketplace requirements.

Downside protection begins once the package receives its first accepted carrier scan using the CardsIQ prepaid shipping label. From that point forward, market declines will not reduce your locked payout amount.

Marketplace Sales include downside protection during the protected transit window. If market prices decline after the first carrier scan, your payout will not fall below the locked offer amount.

Marketplace Sales do not include upside adjustments. If market prices increase during transit or verification, payout remains the original locked offer amount.
